She is the first point of contact for families, arranging assessments, scheduling visits and keeping families, including those abroad, updated on their loved one's care. As founder, she leads the company's day-to-day operations and is dedicated to ensuring every family receives reliable, compassionate and person-centred support.
Home Career & Procurement Officer
Procurement Officer: Ensures Nurtura has the necessary medical supplies, equipment and other resources. Mumbejja Resty also Provides compassionate support to patients at home or at the hospital bedside, assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, companionship and daily activities while observing changes in the patient's condition and reporting concerns to the nurse or supervisor.

Assistant Finance Officer: Supports Nurtura’s financial operations by recording income and expenses, preparing invoices and receipts, tracking payments.
